Founder and Principal

Natalia Dabo

Natalia Dabo holds a degree in Organisational Psychology and Industrial Sociology from the University of Cape Town. She has spent more than a decade working across Tanzania and Southern Africa in environments where people decisions have real consequences — including six years as HR Manager within a large, multi-site tourism operation.

Earlier in her career she worked across government and international development environments in Zanzibar and Namibia — including as Special Assistant to the First Lady of Zanzibar and with the UN Global Compact Network — before moving into people advisory and HR leadership in Tanzania’s tourism sector.

She advises owners, MDs, and boards on the people decisions that carry the most risk: restructuring, compliance, workforce systems, and the situations that don’t have a clean answer. Her work is practical, legally grounded, and built around what organisations actually need to do — rather than what looks good on paper.

Natalia Dabo is a specialist in people management, workforce systems, and labour practices with more than a decade of advisory experience across East and Southern Africa. With an academic background in Organisational Psychology and Industrial Sociology, she combines rigour with practical insight.
